I've known Luis since he got started in the tile business. Luis is one of the most professional, responsible, trustworthy, and reliable people I know. When Luis finishes a job, you would swear that an artist had been there. His work is superlative in every way. Luis provides perfection. You will not find many like Luis in his field today. We hired Luis for a difficult project in our kitchen not knowing we were hiring an artist as well as a master tile craft person. Luis was interested in the project and meticulous in its execution. His work reflects his attention to detail, his perfection, and his artistry. Luis listens to his customer and makes suggestions as appropriate. I had the pleasure of working with Luis on what was supposed to be only a tile project.  But I was struck by his attention to detail, and the importance he placed on craftsmanship and integrity towards his work.  I ended adding another project on and I anticipate to use him again when we finally get around to redoing our kitchen.  He communicates well and more importantly, he cares about his performance and how satisfied I was with the completed project.

Luis is a part of our church family and offered to head up the flooring aspect of a huge remodel we did in our Kids Ministry - as a volunteer, I might add. It was an amazing blessing to have someone who is a professional in his area that was willing to take over a major part of the project on a volunteer basis. Luis then went over and above our expectations by leading a team of volunteers to complete the project that appeared to have been done by a team of professionals. I have gained a true respect for the quality of the work he does.

Luis had done fabulous work to two of our homes including complete gut of two master bathrooms and various projects throughout the house in the past four years. Luis is dependable, detail oriented, artistic, and very knowledgeable in many areas of construction.  We are most impressed with Luis' ability to solve problems and issues that arise during the remodeling process. He always comes up with a well thought-out solution without compromising quality of work.  He is meticulous with details even behind walls such as plumbing and wiring and we never have to worry with his work. In addition, Luis gives us practical yet original ideas.  His advice comes from his years of experience and with always our best interest in mind.  Luis is trust worthy and holds himself to a high standard, he is ethical and honest. We will recommend Luis to friends and family, we are definitely going to use Luis again for more projects.

I believe one of the hardest thing to do is giving a referral to a friend. When you give a referral, you are also putting your reputation on the line. I have never thought twice or worried about referring my friends to Luis at Artistic Tile and Marble. When Luis shows up at my house, I hand him the key and tell him to lock up when he leaves.
